Design of the movable walls
Our team designs the movable wall with the variants that best suit the needs of the project (type of movable wall, monodirectional, multidirectional, possible intersections, module types, type of module parking, finishings, etc.). Once the design has been validated with the client, measurements are taken on site to be able to design all the parts of the movable wall to measure, in order to move on to the subsequent manufacturing phase.
Manufacture
Once in the factory, our experienced team manufactures each movable wall to measure for your project. This is the most meticulous phase, as each partition is unique and must be manufactured to the millimeter.
Installation
First, the rails on which the movable wall modules will slide are installed. The modules are hung, and the partition start is installed at one end of the movable wall. Finally, the necessary adjustments are made to ensure that the movable wall functions correctly.
Quality assurance
The quality assurance (QA) of our movable walls is carried out in several stages. First, the quality of the materials used is controlled and checked. This includes a constant evaluation of our suppliers. During manufacture, each part is checked individually. Once manufactured, in the workshop, each module of the movable wall is subjected to the manipulations inherent to its use in order to identify possible malfunctions. Once hung on the rail, a final control phase is carried out, ensuring that each module is perfectly balanced, and that the partition has the expected performance.
After-sales service
Arqústica movable walls are covered by their guarantee, which includes any intervention to ensure the correct functioning of the movable wall due to possible manufacturing errors.
Any revision or repair of the movable walls out of warranty is carried out on demand, since, with our experience, our movable walls do not suffer from operating problems that justify the cost of a maintenance service.
